If you would like to initiate a mobility at STING ACADEMY, contact our Erasmus+ Coordinator at please, we will do our best to sign an Erasmus+ agreement with your home university.

Incoming mobility – Erasmus+ student

General information – academic year 2019/2020

If you wish to study at STING ACADEMY under Erasmus programme check with your home university:

  • It has an agreement with STING ACADEMY. If not, your university coordinator should contact us at in order to initiate signing of the agreement.
  • Ask your home coordinator about the nomination selection process.
  • After we receive your nomination you need to receive an acceptance letter from STING ACADEMY.

Application Procedure

STING ACADEMY does not charge any tuition fees from Erasmus+ students.

To apply, please fill in and send to e-mail address  in electronic version (.docx or .xlsx) these application documents:

Use preferably LA form of your university, if required, or you can download our form. Fill into the LA the courses you would like to attend during your Erasmus stay and discuss your choice with the coordinator at your home university. International students wishing to study at STING ACADEMY can choose from the English Course Catalogue.

After your learning agreement is approved and signed by STING ACADEMY we will send it to you together with the acceptance letter.


For winter/fall semester it is recommended to apply until the end of May 2019, for summer/spring semester until the end of November 2019.

English level of incoming students

It is highly reccommended that incoming students are at the  B1 English level at least, otherwise they won’t be able to follow and pass the courses taught in English.


STING ACADEMY does not have its own dormitories. Erasmus+ Coordinator can help to arrange accommodation for Erasmus students in apartments for rent. The average cost for a shared room is 100 EUR and 200 EUR for a single room.

Living Expenses

The estimated (lower budget) cost of living in Brno is about 400 Euros = 10 800 CZK (including the rent).
